AWARDS CEREMONY

You and (1) guest are invited to spend a wonderful weekend in Ft Lauderdale, Florida! Travel, accommodations, and world-class entertainment are on us. Celebrate the Summit Awards in style.

Event Details:

  • March 27th – 29th
  • You and 1 guest
  • Activities: Spa (Heavenly by Westin), Golf (Jacaranda Gold Course), Everglades Tour (Everglades Holiday Park) or Food Tour (Las Olas)
  • Business casual dress code throughout the whole trip
  • Friday, March 27- Welcome Reception. Cocktail hour is at 6PM at the Sky Terrace. Welcome Dinner will follow 7pm in the Atlantic II-V Room
  • Saturday, March 28th, 5:30PM - Awards Ceremony & Photographs. Cocktail hour is in the Atlantic Foyer, Welcome dinner 7:00PM in Atlantic II-V
  • Check-out - Sunday, March 29th

ACCOMODATIONS

Accommodations will be provided at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, set along the beautiful shores of Fort Lauderdale. This oceanfront resort offers direct beach access via a convenient skywalk, creating a seamless blend of comfort and coastal charm. Join us for an unforgettable getaway where every detail is designed to create lasting memories.

Driving

Those who live 5 hours or less from this year's location are expected to drive to Ft Lauderdale.

  • Airfare will only be provided for those who live over 5 hours away driving. They must reach out to their local credit card holder at their location (usually the Ops Manager) for airfare purchasing. No first class flights.

  • For those who are driving, we will allot $150.00 for gas and tolls.

Please contact your local card holder. This can either be your direct manager or the Ops Manager.

The award winner may bring one guest. 

No, we will cover all costs (travel) for your plus one!

Please use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft; taxis are also acceptable. Save your receipts so you can submit them to A/P along with an expense report for reimbursement.

No, you may only choose from one of the four activities available.

Check-in is at 3PM but you may arrive earlier at the hotel. Contact the front desk if you'd like them to hold your luggage.
